With line capacities similar to those of the GTi Series reels/combos, Penn GTO combos offer similar performance in a slightly more economical package. Utilizing stainless outer rings and post construction instead of full graphite frames, Penn GTO reels matched with Slammer Rods are a great looking and capable combo. Penn GTO combos are perfect choices for bottom fishing, inshore trolling, and pier fishing. A level wind downrigger combo is also available: model 220GTO is paired with a Power Stick downrigger rod.
