![]() Once the molds of the coin are complete, Ben Maddesi takes the molds, creates a reverse and begins the process of scaling the mold to an actual coin size die. This die is then finished, polished and cleaned, and ultimately stamps the impression onto the blanks of the coin at the Mint. The result is a detailed 3-D rendering of the original artwork, scaled down to an inch and a half coin. |
