Product Details: As noted in the above rod chart, there are two available butt options for both 80# and 130# Class rods: Straight or Bent Butt. The Straight Butt option maintains the traditional look and feel of the trolling rod, while the Bent Butt option lowers the reel relative to the angler for greater angler comfort and increases the angler’s leverage by shifting the rod’s fulcrum, thereby creating a true physical advantage for the angler relative to the fish.
